Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All bookings for accommodation require a 50% Deposit of the total cost, forty-eight (48) hours after telephone or email reservation via Western Union, Moneygram or Bank to Bank Transfer.
Bookings can also be confirmed by making a Deposit via Online Payments through Paypal. Please make enquiries on how to proceed.
Upon cancellation, fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Deposit will be deducted.
Upon cancellation, seven (7) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the Deposit will be deducted.
Upon cancellation, three (3) days prior to arrival, the full reservation Deposit will be forfeited.
PLEASE NOTE:
During peak periods, such as Carnival, upon cancellation, thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the full reservation Deposit will be forfeited.
