Samise Villa has been around since 2005. The decision to establish the Villa was to enhance the room stock of Tourist Accomodation in Trinidad in the Government's thrust to develop the Tourism Industry, through the Vision 2020 objectives for the industry as follows:
By the year 2020, the Trinidad and Tobago tourism product will be a significant economic sector contributing significantly to the nation’s GDP, through job creation and increased revenues, driven by a uniquely differentiated, internationally competitive product, complemented by comprehensive, fully functional physical infrastructure, modern, competitive institutional framework and supported by the people of Trinidad and Tobago. The sector will be anchored by a properly marketed flagship with brand names that are globally well-known.
Samise Villa, even though just started, would like to provide an accommodation service that is second to none. There are plans for evolution for expansion and offering more services.
We are approved by the Tourism Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago (T.D.C.) having met the requirements after annual inspections.
